Where You Fit In

We’re looking for the newest addition to our young and energetic team - and it could be you. We are in search of a competent Digital Marketing Manager to head our company’s marketing projects - someone who can help develop, analyze, and optimize all forms of digital marketing for our company. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you should be knowledgeable about the latest trends in digital marketing, passionate about corporate brand development and digital and social marketing. You must be creative, flexible, highly organized and result-oriented. You should also be analytical, proactive, and have excellent communication and writing skills.

You will be expected to:

  • Strengthen the company’s marketing presence and maximize revenue
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising
  • Manage and leverage the company and clients’ online presence
  • Conduct digital marketing research to be ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with internal team to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Knowledgeable of the new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of the developments in digital marketing
  • Maintain dashboard metrics to analyze and generate actionable objectives
  • Create and implement strong content for digital advertising, email marketing, social media and affiliate marketing

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Previous and proven experience as a digital marketing manager (2 - 5 years)
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of google and website analytics tools
  • Abreast of current marketing techniques and trends
  • Goal-oriented and driven to form strategic partnerships with existing and potential clients
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
